  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days): Free on orders over $500. Orders under $500 may incur a flat shipping fee based on item weight and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Currently available to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping Carriers

Backorders & Split Shipments

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date. In-stock items may be shipped separately to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional freight charges. You will be notified prior to shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
